Terms of Sales 2019
1. Prices and payment of the stay:
The prices appearing on our website or our brochures are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions, they include all taxes. Only the price appearing on your voucher or other confirmation letter is valid. The reservation becomes effective only after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of a payment of 30% of the amount of the reservation. The balance of the stay must be paid without reminder from us no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date for the rental or at the time of arrival for customers who have not booked. Payment of the balance: in the absence of payment by the agreed date, the Domaine de la Grangée is entitled to consider that the customer has canceled his reservation and to keep the sums already paid.
2. Means of payment accepted:
Bank card (Carte Bleue, MasterCard), Cash, ANCV holiday vouchers
3. Deposit: For rental accommodation, a deposit of € 200 is required on arrival at the establishment. Its payment is made by check. The latter will be returned in its entirety within a maximum of 7 days following departure, if the inventory is satisfactory. Otherwise, the following will be deducted from the deposit: the value of the missing items, a flat-rate cleaning fee (€ 50) for facilities returned in an excessively soiled state, in the event of non-compliance with the smoking ban in all premises or the ban on bringing an animal into accommodation that does not receive one. The amount of repairs in the event of damage caused by the occupant. The accommodation is equipped with comfort accessories (coffee maker, furniture, etc.) which belong to the Domaine de la Grangée and any degradation or disappearance will result in reimbursement. Degradations greater than the amount paid as a deposit will be the responsibility of the customer after charging against the caution.
Children and young people under 18 are the sole responsibility of the adults accompanying them throughout the stay.
5. Capacity: The number of people indicated per accommodation in our prices corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
6. Modification of stay:
Any modification requested in terms of dates, duration, number of people must be validated by Domaine de la Grangée. It may be, if necessary, the subject of an additional invoicing, under the reservation costs. In any case, Domaine de la Grangée cannot commit to modifying your reservation with certainty, remaining constrained by the reservation schedule: in the event that it is impossible to modify, the stay remains due in full. In case of events outside our control, we could be required to modify or cancel your stay. We will then offer you and depending on availability, an equivalent stay with different dates or accommodations. If you are not satisfied with this offer, the full amount paid will be refunded to you; no other compensation can be claimed.
Cancellation of stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival: In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death and on presentation of a medical or death certificate, you may postpone your stay to a later date, within the current 12 months or, on simple request, your entire payment will be refunded. For any stay canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, and not falling within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, we will retain the equivalent of 30% of the stay. Between 30 and 8 days before the stay, 60% of the amount will be retained. For any stay canceled in the 7 days preceding the date of arrival, interrupted or not consumed for any reason whatsoever, no show, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be owed or will remain acquired at Domaine de la Grangée. No reimbursement is foreseen in the event of interruption of stay, whatever the reason.
8. Insurance / Liability:
The tenant certifies to be covered by a civil liability insurance covering his liability.The trampoline is available under conditions:
we decline all responsibility in the event of an accident, the user is solely responsible. It is imperative to follow the instructions for use.
9. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside all accommodations. No cigarette butt will be abandoned in nature. In the event of non-compliance, the entire deposit will be taken. For obvious safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to be intoxicated on the Domaine de la Grangée site.
Some of our animals on the estate are parked in an enclosure, it is forbidden to enter. All our animals must be respected.
Pets are not allowed at Domaine de la Grangée.
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation and in the cars in the parking lot. Domaine de la Grangée cannot be held responsible for any incident.
12. Customer responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information provided during the reservation, or at any other time, is correct and complete. It is his responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided during the reservation are correct and that they will allow the confirmation of the reservation to be received. In the event that the customer does not receive this confirmation, it is their responsibility to contact Domaine de la Grangée. For the proper follow-up of his file, the customer must immediately inform the Domaine de la Grangée of any modification of the information provided during his reservation.
13. Practical information:
Your arrival must be from 4:00 p.m. and before 7:00 p.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. When you arrive, we will be waiting for you at the reception. In the event of a late arrival or a last minute impediment, it is imperative to notify us at 02.47.92.03.44. You may be charged a supplement, a supplement of € 10 per hour of delay may be charged in the event of arrival after 19:00.
On the day of your departure, accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am. A supplement of € 10 per hour of delay may be billed to you in the event of departure after 10:00 a.m.
The "breakfast" basket is left at the foot of your accommodation between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. The "dinner" basket is left at the foot of your accommodation around 7:30 pm.
All rentals are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet. The accommodation is equipped with comfort accessories (kettle, furniture, etc.) which belong to the Domaine de la Grangée and any degradation or disappearance will result in reimbursement. You are asked to return the place in order and in a suitable state of cleanliness (dishes washed and tidy).
The accommodations are insulated and equipped with a heating system.
At the end of your stay, you are invited to check that you have left no personal belongings in the accommodation. All personal items, excluding perishable goods, must be claimed in the month following your departure. Lost and found items are shipped after receipt of the amount of postage relating to their shipment.
It is forbidden to make fires Domaine de la Grangée, barbecues are not allowed.
Our accommodations are located in nature amidst flora and fauna. Therefore, it is possible that insects (ants, spiders, etc.), rodents (squirrels, dormice, etc.), frogs, birds or other animals enter your accommodation or make noises, or daytime calls such as by night. The inconvenience caused by this fauna does not give the right to any free dislodgement.
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address: SARL LA GRANGEE - 1 RUE LES RACINAUX - 37240 LA CHAPELLE BLANCHE SAINT MARTIN.
